QUESTION #1: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Thank you for choosing Hangover Books! All ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via email through our distributor, BookFunnel. The email will be sent immediately after purchase (please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it). You can access the ebooks you purchased directly here using your email as the login name.

Paperback books are sent to our distribution partner for printing as soon as your order is placed. Processing times may vary, and the average timeframe is outlined in our shipping policy. We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready for shipment.

QUESTION #2: CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?

Yes! BookFunnel allows ebooks to be sent to your preferred e-reader or reading app via email. It’s a simple process, but if you encounter any issues, BookFunnel’s support team is available at help@bookfunnel.com.

For audiobooks, the best way to listen is through the free BookFunnel app. Please note that audiobook downloads are not permitted to help prevent piracy.

QUESTION #3: IS THERE A SPECIFIC ORDER TO READ?

Some books are best read in order, while others are standalone. When purchasing a bundle, the recommended reading order is always indicated.

QUESTION #4: CAN DIGITAL PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not available. Thank you for understanding.

QUESTION #5: THE CODES HAVE EXPIRED

BookFunnel codes are valid for 14 days after they’re sent. Don’t worry—your books are yours forever!

To get new codes, you can:

  1. Contact BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com.
  2. Visit BookFunnel's Help Page and log in with your email to access your library of purchased books.
